What is Reiki Healing
Usui Reiki is a gentle healing practice founded by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. It involves channeling universal life energy through the practitioner’s hands to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.By using specific techniques and symbols, practitioners facilitate relaxation and balance, fostering a deep sense of peace. This holistic approach encourages personal growth and healing, connecting individuals to their inner vitality.

TCM Ear Seeds
Ear seeds are a component of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that involves the stimulation of specific points on the ear to promote healing and balance in the body. Tiny seeds or beads, often from the Vaccaria plant, are applied to these points using adhesive tape. The technique is based on the principles of auriculotherapy, which views the ear as a microsystem reflecting the entire body. Ear seeds are believed to help alleviate various conditions, including pain, stress, and anxiety, by promoting energy flow and enhancing overall wellness.

Acupressure Healing
Acupressure is based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), similar to acupuncture but without the use of needles. Instead, it involves applying pressure to specific points on the body, called acupoints or meridian points, which are connected to the body's energy flow, or Qi (Chi).
*This service is different from a full body massage and is explained easier by the chart listed. If you are looking for a full body massage, I can refer you to a fantastic massage therapist colleague.

About Me
Some call me a jack of all trades but I just love to learn and evolve. I want to better myself in order to help heal as many people as I can in this lifetime.
I have been a Reiki Level II practitioner for about 2 years and a massage therapist for about 11 years. I am a certified massage therapist in the state of California. I hold a registry in diagnostic medical ultrasound with a specialty in vascular technology.
I am currently enrolled at Pacific College of Health and Sciences for a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. My anticipated graduation date is August 2026.
In my free time between school, work and studying, I love going for walks all around San Diego and enjoy food from the Convoy District.
